The Makoon Senior Program is a carefully planned program that is used with children between the ages of 5 and 6 to help them to successfully enter formal school. Our curriculum is not just basic but it will make confident communicators and strong thinkers and active learners to come out of activities that will help in strengthening early literacy, numeracy and life skills.
At Makoon Play School, learning is not just a happy experience, but a meaningful and life related thinking experience, thus children are not memorising things, but they really learn.

The Senior Program does not only prepare children academically, but also socially and emotionally for entry into primary school.
We invite children to discover and ask questions and build meaningful connections that are fundamental practices of lifelong learners.
We maintain contact with families by providing regular updates, insights and milestones of shared learning.
At Makoons, our Toddlers Club Program is specifically designed for children aged between 1.0 and 1.8 years. We believe these initial years are pivotal for a child's holistic development.
Our programmes are meticulously crafted to provide a blend of educational growth and playful experiences. Through our ACMES curriculum, we offer a balanced mix of academic and play-based activities.
Our play-based methodology is flexible and structured with fewer children's class sizes, allowing children to progress at their own pace, thus nurturing their confidence while embracing learning.
The Playgroup Curriculum focuses on various essential aspects including theme-based Concept Time, Exploration-based learning, positive peer social interactions, Math Readiness, Language Readiness, fine and gross motor skill development, and cognitive enhancement.
Our Playgroup learning from Circle Time to Free Play, Knowledge Time, Language Readiness activities, Artsy sessions, Personality Development, Library visits, Talk Time, engaging science explorations, as well as both Indoor and Outdoor activities like Whirl and twirl and Sensorium experiences.
At Makoons, we prioritize the comfort and security of every child. Throughout our Toddlers Club Program, we create a nurturing school environment where children are encouraged to explore, play, and learn while feeling safe and supported in their journey towards early education.
